The church exists to glorify god, to take the good news of Jesus Christ to others and to grow together in faith and love towards fulfilment in Jesus Christ.
A prayer of thanks to God
I joyed when to the house of god my wandering feet did go, my soul refreshed, my heart renewed, Your blessing not I know.
My fear o'ercome, my faith restore now life I face anew, Such love I know where sadness reigned before I came to you.
Oh! Lord, with thankful heart I'll sing you praise till time I reach your shore.
Then oh! My Lord such joy I'll share with loved ones found once more.
United love - above - below, My God, My Saviour, know.
